Great Movies

The Great Movie list, of my great movies. Like Richard Wilkins when he talks about movies on T.V. I'd like to meet him, I have a good memory for films too.

Recently I went to see the new Goosebumps movie. It was a bit creepy, but not too much.

I saw Brooklyn on Valentines Day. It was an emotional film about intense love. They're so connected together. The coupple in the film have a secret marriage. They get married in a bank, not a church. Thats a bit awkward. Its not religious. Its a secular marriage. When they sign the contract it seems like they're buisness partners. Its a practical relationship that works for material reasons, not just love.

Grace Kelly was a classic beauty. She was in Rear Window. Where the photographer Jeff Jefferies and his girlfriend Lisa Freemont played by Grace Kelly frame a killer. She became the princess of Monaco. When she got married she ended her career. Alfred Hitchcock said he was "very happy Grace had found herself such a good part". Her poodle was at her wedding. She and was played by Nicole Kidman in Grace of Monaco.

Nicole Kidman is in different films like Paddington Bear where she plays the villain, a taxidermist. Although taxidermy might not be nice for the wild animal it can be used to teach humans about animals in museums and schools.

Shrek is one of my favourite films. Princess Fiona is one of my favourite characters. She is an Ogress. Shrek two is my favourite, Shrek finds out that Fiona used to be in love with Prince Charming in her childhood, the good looker, who was the favourite with all the princesses. Her parents and The Fairy Godmother, played by Jennifer Saunders, are trying to keep Shrek and Fiona apart but True Love wins and Shrek and Fiona stay together as Ogres. In Shrek Three Fiona has a baby. The fairytale characters tell her they think her marriage will be difficult after that. But Fiona says they wouldn't know because they're all just fairytale characters, and there aren't many babies in fairytales.
